Travel Policy

Airline ticket refunds

If your tickets have been returned for cancelation or refund purposes then we will forward them to the airline concerned for their contemplation. As soon as we are informed by the airline regarding cancellation, the refunds will be made to you less any administration cost any cancellation charges occurred. Please note that the refunds for part returned tickets (for example return travel ticket) will always be less than the pro rate and may have no refund value. Refunds normally take 3-4 weeks but in isolated cases may take longer.

A full refund will only be issued in case of death or any serious medical problem as long as proof is provided.

Tickets that will be returned after more than a year will be considered as expired and will generally not qualify for a refund.

If your tickets are lost or stolen, there are some airlines that may not provide a duplicate copy.( E-tickets can be reprinted) Hence you may have to purchase a new ticket at latest local fare. Even if the replacement tickets have been purchased, it is not guarantee that certain airlines will provide a refund on lost or stolen tickets. Please note that in order to go through all this procedure, there will be extra charge to meet administration cost. It should also be noted that when returning the tickets to Sadaat Worldwide Ltd, they are posted via registered post.

Behaviour

It is your responsibility that you would have to pay for any loss or damage caused by yourself or your party. If you fail to do so, you must indemnify us against any claims made against us as a result of your actions. If we find that you or your party will be involved in such activity that will cause any anger or distress to other, then it is our right to terminate your arrangement without any notice. In such situation, any cancellation charges will be taken from you as we will not be responsible for meeting any expenses.

Direct Flight

A flight that will be described as direct means that there would be no requirement to change the aircraft during the journey, However stops may be made rarely on occasions where re-fuelling is required.

Flight Seat Request

It is strongly recommended that you check in before 4 hours prior to your flight if you are travelling from economy class. We have no control over the allocation of seats and even they have been pre-allocated, there is no guarantee that they will be available on departure.

Health

It is advised that before your departure date you must consult with your doctor on current recommended inoculations as there may be a change at any time. For further details on health requirements for holiday destinations, the leaflet titled ‘Health Advice for Travellers’ can be available by calling 0800 555 777. It is clients’ responsibility to take all the recommended medications with them whilst travelling.

Holiday Seasons

Holiday destinations are mostly available all year round. However there are some time where the beach destinations or your personal preferable places are quieter so you might want to take advantage of un-crowded places.

Passport

As per company’s policy, we can only advice to the people who are holding a British and/or Irish passport. If for any reason you may require advice for other passports, please contact the relevant embassy for the detailed assistance to your query. Before seeking any help, you must ensure that you have a valid ten year passport as most of the countries require the issue and expiry dates on the passports to check that the passengers can travel for a substantial length of time before they return from their holidays. It is recommended that the passport should be valid for 6 months after the date of return to the UK.

Public Holidays

Practically all countries have public holidays, religious or otherwise. Such occasions may disrupt your holidays and there may be lesser opportunities for entertainment. It will be advised that you must contact a tourist officer to discuss this before your departure.

Reconfirming return/onward flights

We would expect all of customers to ensure that before the day of your return, please reconfirm your flight and timings with the airline. If you are travelling by PIA, It is essential that you reconfirm your flight 72 hours prior to your return day.SadaatWorldwide Ltd will not be liable for any additional costs occurred due to your failure to reconfirm the flights.

Safety

At Sadaat Worldwide Ltd we always put the safety and health of our customers first. We ensure that every customer gets the same high quality service, no matter what they request. If we have been told by the foreign authorities that visiting such country could be harmful for the people, then we would act on that and let our customers be aware of the situation and advise them that visiting the particular country could be dangerous. However the political, environmental and economic conditions of some countries are not so stable, therefore it is advised that for you and your family’s safety you must not show/carry the valuables things (such as jewellery, expensive gadgets, etc) on your journey which might attract people.

Smoking On Flight

Majority of airlines have banned the smoking in the flight. If this information is important to you, please ask us at the time of booking.

Taxes

Taxes keep going up and down, therefore if any changes in tax appears, before your departure time, we will advise you on that. Most countries sometime charge departure date, therefore it is recommended that you carry enough local currency to meet such charges. Please note that taxes are subject to exchange rate variations.

Ticket despatch and travel documents

If you want your tickets to be posted, we will dispatch them 7 days before you departure day. In case of late payments or deposit the tickets may be emailed, faxed or you might have to come to office to collect it on the day of departure. Please make sure that you check the flight times on your tickets, because the times told to you whilst booking may differ sometimes due to flight schedule system.

Upgrading Your Flight

A long hours’ flight is generally not a joyride when flying in an economy class on scheduled flight. As mostly flights are full, therefore your choice of seats may not be available ad it may not be possible to obtain the seats together when you or with your family or friends. Sadaat Worldwide Ltd offer a range of upgrade options to provide you with most comfortable journey.

Visa

We can provide the Visa application/obtaining facility for some countries. A detailed information about the countries can be found by contacting us.

However for the countries that we do not provide this service for, it is the responsibility of clients to obtain the visas themselves. It is advised that you should contact the relevant embassy for the detailed information about cost, procedure and time necessary for the application as they may vary time to time.

The only time we will get any kind of personal information is if you give it to us when we especifically ask for it. We ask you for personal information only:

1. when you make a reservation or book something from our website or through our office.

Hotel Policy

Accommodation in the tropics

In many hotels such as beach resort, insects in the rooms are predictable. It does not mean that the rooms are dirty but that its simply will be because of the fact of life in such destinations. In many hotels, especially beach resorts 'insects' in the rooms are almost inevitable.

Alcohol

In most of the countries i.e. UK, USA, liquor drinks are prohibited unless you are 21 years old. You will not be provided any alcoholic drink if you are under 21 or even look under 21 years old. Therefore you may have to carry any proof of identity with you in order to get liquor.

All inclusive

The term all inclusive normally means that all basic meals and local drinks will be available at normal bar opening times. In all inclusive term, beer will normally not be provided in bottles but draught, soft drink of usually be tap but not bottled and wine will be served by glass from a barrel not bottled. The facilities and meals provided by the different hotels may vary. You must have to pay for infant meals locally and to play games such as pool or game machines you will have to insert you own coins.

Booking a room for early arrival or late departure

If you wish the rooms to be booked prior to your arrival, you may have to pay for an extra night as the rooms will be booked at 3:00 from previous day.

Check In Check Out

Check in

Most hotel rooms all around the world are not mostly available until 3:00pm on the day you check in. Whilst checking in the hotel authorities may ask you for either cash deposit or credit card to cover personal extras.

Check out

Most hotels will require you to checkout before 12:00pm on the last day of your booking. Therefore you may have to leave for your flight earlier on the day as most flights will be later in the evening. For staying for extra hours you might have to pay some more money.

Children on holiday

If you require a baby cot in your room, you would have to pay the charge directly. As stated earlier the food charge for the babies will also be at your own expense locally. There is also no entitlement to a separate seat on the aircraft if the flight is full. International airlines allow only one infant per adult to accompany. It would not be recommended to take children under 10 on escort tours, couch tours or on safari.

Some destinations may have lack of facilities to provide to children under special needs but we would be happy to inform the hotels about any special requirements you need for your children.

Dress Code

Most hotels either national or abroad, expect you to be dress properly. Casual and elegance style of clothing is acceptable in most of the countries. For example wearing a swimsuit in the lobby area is not acceptable but dress shorts will normally be acceptable.

Hotel standards

Different countries have different standards of hotels of the same class. Therefore it is very important for you to read the descriptions for the individual hotels carefully to ensure that you make most of your stay abroad. Please note that accommodation provided in all the hotels, unless stated, is in standard rooms.

Meals

If the meals are included with in your bookings, it would strongly be recommended that anyone with special diet requirements takes the holiday where no meals or only breakfast are included as it is no guarantee that they will be provided a meal which will not be stated on the hotel’s menu. Please ask about this when you are booking your accommodation with hotels we offer.

Note

Serving time of meals and drink may vary sometimes but in most hotels it will typically be between 11:00am till midnight. Alcohol licensing law also varies in different countries; therefore it is not guaranteed that the guests will be served alcoholic drinks unless stated.

Other hotel guests

The hotels that we feature, share guests from many countries. It is common that there will be some conferences or conventions would be held, such as for the students from other countries. As we are not responsible for such gatherings therefore we would advise you to take this under consideration if these cause any inconvenience to you. We would be very happy to advice you on these situation before your departure.

Room upgrade/honeymoon/ anniversary offers

If the room upgrade offer is available, it will mostly be for the next category of room (not suite) available, but we will give it our 100% to get you the upgrade that you require, but it will not always possible to provide guarantee for a double bed for a honeymoon couple.

Triple/Quad rooms

For an extra third or the fourth person you may be provided a double/twin room to share. There may be a separate bed provided or you may have to share the existing bed. Conditions may be confined.

Views

Where it states that the rooms provided will have sea, city, pool view may not mean the full view because of things like trees, buildings etc. may be blocking the view.

Water sports and other activities

Some of the hotels offer water sports or other sports activities. In some of the cases these mostly are free of charge but there is no guarantee that it will always be like this. Please note that for your personal safety they might ask you for the test for example swimming test and also they reserve the right to refuse the participation for any reason. Please also note that the equipment provided for the sports activities may not be of high standards.

Water/Electricity supplies

Hotels usually do everything possible to keep up with the supply of water and electricity; however, in many of the less sophisticated countries there may be occasional shortage or cut of water and electricity.
